Can you get me durable medical equipment?: We can assist you in getting what you need whether that be getting a prescription or referring to other local agencies.

1. Do I have to have Medi-Cal to have a Senior Nurse come see me?: No.

2. Can you call my doctor for me?: Yes. We will communicate and advocate on your behalf with your consent.

3. Can you pick up medications for me?: We do not pick up or deliver medications on a regularly scheduled time frame.

4. Can you take me to medical appointments?: Yes, if other transportation is not available.

5. How often will you come to see me?: At least once every 6 months but sooner if medically necessary.

6. Will you share my information with anyone?: Only if you give consent.

7. Can you get me durable medical equipment?: We can assist you in getting what you need whether that be getting a prescription or referring to other local agencies.

8. Do you do wound care?: No.

9. Can you test my blood sugar?: No.

10. What does this program cost?: Nothing, if you are 60 years old or older. Donations are welcomed.
