Nevada County 1st Annual Health Fair Set for Oct. 4

The 1st Annual Nevada County Health Fair is set for Wednesday, October 4 in Grass Valley.

The free event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Gold Miner's Inn, 122 Bank St.

There will be 40 local resource providers, county services, FREED (disability and aging resource center), hospital services, nonprofits and businesses.

This is an opportunity to get flu and COVID-19 vaccinations (call 211 to make an appointment), see an audiologist and get your blood pressure checked. There will also be raffle prizes and snacks.
