Brunswick Commons Project

The proposed Brunswick Commons project is a mixture of affordable housing and includes 12 units of permanent supportive housing. This is a County-sponsored project located within the City of Grass Valley. While extensive collaboration between both entities has occurred during the initial planning phase, the County is taking the lead on the planning, permitting, environmental and ultimate entitlement approval process of the project

The County of Nevada held a Public meeting on Thursday April 25, 2019, from 5:00pm to 6:30pm in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 950 Maidu Avenue, Nevada City, to present conceptual architectural drawings, provide an overview of envisioned program activities, and gather public feedback and suggestions as part of the planning and approval process for the Brunswick Commons Affordable Housing Project and Homeless Resource Center.
